The Wi-Fi signal is unreliable, frequently cutting out, with painfully slow speeds when it does work. My room felt damp, indicated by a bucket collecting water, and rather in need of general upkeep. The air conditioning struggled in the heat, leading to uncomfortable nights. The bathroom had issues, with brown stains on towels and algae in the shower area, suggesting a lack of thorough cleaning.

It has functional large rooms, that come with 3 English channels, a very comfortable bed plus a terrace. The hotel offers a lot of food that was tasty. Flexible staff here at night shift.

the best englisn breakfast i have had in 30years of travel in Asia
very noisy when people leave the karaoke @ 4 in the morning Building pool out the back Noisy during the day No soundproofing between rooms Wait staff not well trained and if you dont tip for bad service (as i don't) they are even worse On last day waiter asked if i was leaving when i told him yes he said GOOD The manager ( or as i named him Bob The Builder ) seemed to spend all his time running around with his hard hat on clutching the plans for the pool

great access to beaches and vibrant local dining options
during my stay, I loved how I could easily walk to Jomtien Beach in less than 15 minutes to soak up the sun, and I found a fantastic range of local restaurants just a stone's throw away, made dining out easy.

New, fresh, clean. Great value for money. Very helpfull staff. Totally satisfied even though we are a "straight" couple.
Too bad it's in pattaya. I would like to see more branches in other places!
